Booking your van hire at All Trans
Documentation
You are required to bring the following with you at the time of the hire:
- Current Driving Licence for each named driver (including counterpart if a card licence)
- Second form of identity - eg Passport, Utility Bill, Bank Statement etc for each named driver
- Payment for the hire of the vehicle
- Proof of European Breakdown Cover if taking the vehicle abroad
If you are unable to locate any of the above documents please contact us immediately so that we can suggest an alternative.
Please note: your Driving Licence needs to show your current address. If it does not please contact us. We will be able to make a phone call to the DVLA for a small charge which will enable you to continue with the hire. This will need to be done prior to the hire, and you need to be present for us to do this. If you have any queries contact us immediately and we will be able to help you.
If a driver has any endorsements other than speeding, or has been banned from driving for any reason, please contact us.
Fuel
When you collect your van it will be fully fuelled and it needs to be returned fully fuelled. There is no mileage charge but you will be charged for fuel if it is not returned full. A minimum re-fuelling charge will apply.
Excess
Your Excess will depend on your age and which tariff you choose at the time of the hire. This will be explained to you at that point.
